<desc>This episode reveals how, alongside the usual broken bones and heart problems, the A&amp;E team at King's deal with a population that is becoming more and more psychologically fragile. A regular patient to King's who has schizophrenia is brought in after failing to take his diabetes medicine: it's his 19th visit in a year. Meanwhile, a young girl seeks refuge with the mental health team. She's in crisis and is finding it difficult to cope with life. Psychiatric nurse Jenny has seen it all and reveals that the patients her team have to deal with are getting younger and younger. One patient who was having suicidal thoughts was just seven. Joseph, a 16-year-old schoolboy, is rushed to A&amp;E after having a suspected stroke, and is joined at his bedside by his twin brother Elijah and their mother as they await the results of a brain scan. Clive, 61, a former betting shop manager, is also suspected of having a stroke. Known as the 'Memory Man' in his youth, he is now coming to terms with his diminishing mental abilities. <desc>Filmed around the clock at King's College Hospital in south London, one of Britain's busiest A&amp;E departments, each episode of 24 Hours in A&amp;E focuses on people treated within the same 24-hour period. This episode kicks off during the morning rush hour. Two cyclists arrive with serious head injuries. IT analyst Christopher hit a log on his way to work, and concerns are raised when scans show a bleed on his brain. Meanwhile, Brighton cyclist Sarah swerved to avoid a pedestrian when riding at 30mph downhill without a helmet. She's airlifted to King's by HEMS, the helicopter emergency service who deal with some of the most serious trauma cases. Also brought in by helicopter is father-of-four Kevin, who fell from scaffolding while repairing a roof. And 80-year-old former docker Bill hurt his knee while drinking at his local working men's club, but he soon perks up in the company of nurse Laura. <desc>Campsite critics explore beautiful Britain in their beloved caravans, campervans and motorhomes, bringing us the ultimate guide to the very best campsites in Britain and helping us plan our own staycations. At each campsite, the hosts will be out to impress their guests, because at the end of each week, only one can be voted The Perfect Pitch, winning the coveted plaque and a £2000 cash prize. Searching for the perfect pitch in north Wales, the camping connoisseurs arrive at their second campsite of the week, Cefn Coed, nestled within an ancient oak forest near the Mawddach Estuary. Campsite hosts Adrian and Natalie introduce them to their magical site, where Manthe and Corinne indulge in some forest bathing, Matt and Ryan spend the night in a traditional vardo caravan, and Carolynne even manages to impress husband David with dinner, after taking a Thai cooking class with host Natalie. But will this wilderness retreat earn five stars from any of the campers? Dir: Jay Ahmed; Series Prod: Lorna Hartnett; Exec Prods: Simon Cooper, Emyr Afan; Prod Co: Afanti Media

Phil's with Freya and Elliot, who are moving from Aberdeen for the cultural buzz, while Kirstie helps Sadia and Sohail, who moved from Dublin thinking it would be easier to buy in Edinburgh. It's fair to say that hasn't been the case. Edinburgh lass Sadia met Irishman Sohail online and, after a spell in Dublin, they decided to move into Sadia's Edinburgh starter flat while they searched for a proper family home. They've had enough of flat living but anything more than that is a tall order. Kirstie's initial curveball property doesn't hit the mark, but when something a little further from the buzz does, will Sadia and Sohail think it's worth the compromise? The speed of the market and a five-hour round trip to view properties means that Freya and Elliot haven't seen anything in person. They're focussed on the exclusive enclaves of Morningside and Stockbridge, but in order to fulfil their desire for their own front door, Phil has to push them on area. He shows them places that they really want to call home, but in a competitive market, the best places are going for up to 20% over asking price. <title lang="en">24 Hours in A&amp;e</title>
<desc>The RTS award-winning series 24 Hours in A&amp;E brings a warm-hearted and moving episode exploring the different ways that men deal with pain and injury. Fifty-year-old builder Jim arrives in A&amp;E screaming in agony after a fall at work. He's managed to dislocate his shoulder in such an unusual way that consultant Chris hasn't seen the like in 30 years of emergency medicine, and it takes a five-strong team to pull Jim's shoulder back into place. Thirty-year-old Temi is in minors with a broken toe, having mistaken a concrete block for a football. He growls and grimaces in pain, but Temi's actually more concerned about whether the crutches he's given will match his sense of style. Also in minors are married couple Pat and Alan. Both in their sixties, they've spent just one day apart in 49 years and are stoical in the face of adversity. Alan had to have one of his legs amputated in 2009 and now, having just returned from holiday in Goa, the other leg is dangerously swollen. Later in the day, two elderly patients are brought to King's. Eighty-three-year-old James has a cyst on his knee, but is in so much pain that he's refusing treatment. It's senior sister AnnMarie's job to persuade James to stay in overnight. Series Prod: Kirsty Cunningham; Exec Prods: Tom McDonald, Nick Curwin; Prod Co: The Garden Productions
