<desc>St George's Hospital in south west London has one of the busiest A&amp;E departments in Britain. This episode focuses on a day at St George's during the global pandemic, exploring the impact of Covid-19 on the hospital and its staff. Colin is rushed to St George's after collapsing in his garage. Doctors are concerned that he has suffered a stroke, but the 79-year-old has also recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour. Colin's wife Alison explains how important Colin's career in hairdressing is to him and how difficult not being able to work has been during the pandemic. Dr Yuki, an ED doctor, reflects on the changes in her department during the first lockdown, and reveals the concerns within her family about her working in a hospital during that time. Tony is in minor injuries with crippling pain in his fingers. The 88-year-old reflects on his life and his love of dancing. Tony believes the pandemic has brought the best out of people in a similar way to the generosity and spirit he witnessed during World War II. <desc>Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help more house-hunters to battle an ever-changing market. This time, we catch up with two sets of couples for whom family ties were vital. In 2011, Rupreet and Sundeep had followed tradition by living with Sundeep's family after getting married. But it was going on longer than they'd hoped as they struggled to secure their first family home. Rupreet was a self-confessed postcode snob and gave Kirstie very strict instructions about the particular areas of Harrow where she hoped to live. They were after a house close to their own families and were happy to do work to make it their own, and luckily for Kirstie, she found one 'perfect' for them. Five years later, Phil returned to see them and found a completely renovated home, and a growing family! And now, twelve years on from the original search, Phil is back, still at the beloved North Harrow house, but both the house and the family have grown even further. And in 2021, after living in Sydney for six years, Laura and Euan were moving back to Glasgow so that their children could be closer to grandparents. After being away for so long, they were torn between buying a flat in the trendy West End or moving a bit further out to get a larger family home. When a flat came up in their perfect area, it was a struggle to even get Laura and Euan in for a viewing in the competitive spot. But Kirstie persevered and secured it for £432,100 - a number they chose to hopefully mark the countdown to moving in. Two years later, they most certainly have moved in, and have really made the place their own. Series Prods: Julyan Sinclair, Harriette Powell; Exec Prod: Gerard Costello; Prod Co: IWC Media

<desc>Lorraine Kelly goes on a voyage of discovery as she sails up one of the world's wildest and most beautiful coastlines. Travelling through Norway's epic fjords, over majestic mountains and to dramatic volcanic islands, Lorraine embraces the local culture, food and traditions of her northern neighbours from across the water, before fulfilling a lifelong dream of witnessing the spectacular Northern Lights.

On the last leg of her adventure up Norway's stunning coastline, Lorraine explores more of the Lofoten Islands and heads even further north to Tromsø and beyond. Cod is key to Norway's culture and economy. In the nutrient-rich waters off the Lofoten Islands, Lorraine heads out to sea on a 100-year-old fishing boat on a mission to catch her very own. It's 50 years since a local fisherman recycled colourful glass floats to create unique pieces of art, and Lorraine helps to create a glass-blown cod head to remember her time in the Lofoten Islands. Lorraine also discovers how the midnight sun helps extraordinary herbs, plants and flowers to grow around the clock, before returning in the darkness of winter on a quest to witness the Aurora Borealis. Tromsø is known as the gateway to the Arctic and Lorraine learns how the great polar explorers relied on dogs to haul their supplies, as she attempts to mush a pack of huskies. Finally, Lorraine heads out to sea to fulfil a life-long dream of seeing the Northern Lights. As the clouds part and the solar activity increases, Lorraine's rewarded with a dazzling display of one of Eearth's most beautiful natural phenomena as she sails towards Nordkapp, Europe's northernmost point - the perfect end to her journey up this extraordinary coastline. Series Prod/Dir: Ross Haley; Exec Prods: David Harrison, Liz Mills; Prod Co: Captive Minds

<desc>At St George's in south west London, 52-year-old Kerrie, who has cerebral palsy and learning difficulties, is brought in with a suspected stroke. Kerrie's sister Maria has dedicated her life to become Kerrie's full-time carer and describes Kerrie's childhood, with the challenges she now faces with early-onset dementia. Bayan is in A&amp;E experiencing facial numbness which could be linked to an existing neurological diagnosis. And Jitendra is being treated after he cut his hand in a blender cooking for his family. When Jitendra was only 13, and working in a factory in India, his arm was caught in machinery and amputated. <title lang="en">999: On the Front Line</title>
<desc>The series that follows the paramedic teams of West Midlands Ambulance Service. Filming across four ambulance hubs in Coventry, Worcester, Bromsgrove and Birmingham, it provides a unique glimpse of life, on the front line. From the 999 phone call to the second the paramedics receive the call out, right up to when they hand the patient over at hospital: every moment is captured. In this episode, paramedics treat a man found collapsed in his garden in Birmingham. They quickly realise he's having a heart attack and rush him to hospital. During the journey, his condition deteriorates rapidly. In Coventry, a teenage boy discovers his mum unconscious on the kitchen floor and rings for an ambulance. And in Worcester, paramedics are called to a seven-month-old baby girl with a high temperature who's struggling to breathe.
