<desc>Dynamic property duo Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer catch up with two sets of house-hunters for whom character was key. In 2013, first-time buyers Georgie and Louis were loving the south London vibe around trendy spots like Forest Hill, and having saved hard while living with their parents, they were looking for their first home together. The first flat Kirstie and Phil showed them was so good that Georgie and Louis wanted to make an offer before they'd even left it! It wasn't a straightforward negotiation though, as the south London market was rampant. But Kirstie did manage to secure it for them, and on Louis' birthday too! Ten years later, Phil's back to visit, but Georgie and Louis are no longer in Forest Hill; in fact, they've moved twice since the original search! And, in 2021, Lauren and Noel had sold their 250-year-old cottage in Northampton and were moving to Northumberland, seeking a property as characterful as the one they were leaving behind. Phil showed Lauren and Noel everything from a former guesthouse to a sleek and stylish new build. Contrary to their desire for character, it was the new build that really struck a chord, although the asking price became the sticking point. Two years later, we're back to find the family happily settled in a new build, which Lauren and Noel bought off-plan, meaning they could have plenty of input into how the house was finished. They've injected character and the house they've ended up with has made the move up north more than worthwhile. <desc>It's the night shift in Birmingham, and paramedics are called to a man who has had a seizure. But they are warned by Control that the patient has a history of being abusive towards ambulance crews. In Bromsgrove, a paramedic team treat a man who has been coughing up blood and complaining of a loss of sensation in one leg. He may have a blood clot on his lungs which could stop him breathing - could this be the sign of a stroke? And back in Birmingham, paramedics help a woman lying in agony after she crashes a car into a building.Exec Prod: Charlie Bunce; Series Prod: Graeme Thomson; Series Editor/Exec Prod: Claire Simpson; Prod Co: Curve

The hospital has one of the busiest A&E departments in Britain. Katie is rushed to St George's by helicopter after a riding accident. The 46-year-old's horse has fallen on top of her, resulting in multiple broken bones and internal injuries. Katie's American husband explains how meeting her changed him forever. Amy has a deep laceration to her ankle after a lockdown party with her flatmates ended with her falling onto a gin glass. The 22-year-old shares the story of how her ballerina dreams were thwarted by injury, and how her subsequent desire to move into medicine was brought to an end when her mum was diagnosed with cancer.
