<desc>Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help more house-hunters make life-changing moves. Kirstie and Phil are in Scotland's largest city - Glasgow - where it's a tale as old as time. Two couples whose budgets won't stretch to what they want and where they want it... a story that never gets old and a problem that never gets any easier to solve. Kirstie is with Laura and Euan, who have recently returned to their native Glasgow from Sydney. With two young children, they're happy they made the move to be closer to family, but Euan in particular is missing life down under. They're hoping Kirstie can find a place that makes Glasgow once again feel like home, but these two are pulled between their desire to be close to the action in the vibrant West End or a bit further out, where their £439,000 budget will get them a lot more house. Kirstie has to try some unusual tactics to show them the place where they'll feel it was worth moving over 10,000 miles for. Now all she has to do is secure it for them. Meanwhile, Phil is in the south side of the city with Miriam and David. They sold their first home, hoping to live briefly with David's parents while they bought their next place. Miriam packed enough for four weeks, but eight months later, they're still there. They lay the blame squarely at the feet of the bullish property market, which has seen them outbid on six houses already. With a wide brief, Phil tries everything from city to suburb and from pristine to project - and soon this couple have fallen for a house... except they've each fallen for different houses! Can Phil get them to agree before they lose out once again? Dirs: Simon Joslin, Warren Townsend; Series Prod: Julyan Sinclair; Exec Prod: Gerard Costello; Prod Co: IWC Media

<desc>With budgets strained by soaring build prices, Kirstie Allsopp calls on her decades of renovation experience to reunite warring couples across the UK and convince them to love their homes. Meanwhile, fresh from his previous series victory, Phil Spencer wows us all with some spectacular abodes in an effort to persuade our families to list their current homes. Kirstie and Phil visit Caterham in Surrey to help Ruth and Ken settle their debate over their three-storey townhouse. They moved in 13 years ago with their large, blended family, but now that the kids have flown the nest, their home has become a bone of contention. Ruth is ready to list it. She's tired of the kitchen and lounge being on separate floors and is sick of being overlooked. But avid DIYer Ken wants to love it. He's worked hard transforming their home and believes that a wave of Kirstie's wand can convince Ruth to stay. It's a huge challenge, and while Kirstie conjures up a clever plan to create an open-plan kitchen living space on one floor with her £60k Love It budget, Phil has a List It budget of £650k to find the perfect property with a more open-plan layout, a private garden for Ruth and the all-important garage for Ken and his tools. They both have their work cut out, but when the dust has settled, will Ruth and Ken love it or list it? Exec Prod: Jonny Wharton; Series Prod: James Marx; Prod Co: Raise The Roof

    <title lang="en">KEVIN McCLOUD'S LISTED BRITAIN</title>
<desc>Brand new: Kevin McCloud travels the country to uncover the stories behind the buildings Britain has chosen to protect at the very highest level. Across England, Scotland and Wales, he looks at Grade I and Category A landmarks, from a fairytale Victorian castle to a bombed cathedral whose ruins were deliberately left standing. With rare access and his sleeves rolled up, Kevin helps to repair a dinosaur at Crystal Palace, raises Tower Bridge, and climbs inside the Lovell Telescope at Jodrell Bank. Along the way, the series asks a deeper question: why did we save these buildings, and which ones might we one day regret losing?

In this first episode, Kevin explores six extraordinary buildings that reveal the breadth of Britain's listed heritage. He raises Tower Bridge and descends into its Victorian engine rooms, and enters a church beneath which 1500 years of London's history lie buried. A mysterious grotto of four million shells comes into focus, while the colourful eccentricity of the Cosmic House and a mosque that stands as a landmark in British Islam offer their own distinctive stories. And in the oldest continuously working theatre in the English-speaking world, Kevin tries out a piece of stage machinery that's still operating after more than two centuries. As we meet the people who are fighting to keep these places alive and go behind the scenes of Britain's most protected buildings, Kevin asks what our listed heritage says about who we are, and who we want to be. Exec Prods: Ned Williams, Gill Wilson; Prod Co: Plum Pictures

    <title lang="en">KEVIN McCLOUD'S LISTED BRITAIN</title>
<desc>Kevin McCloud travels the country to uncover the stories behind the buildings Britain has chosen to protect at the very highest level.
