<desc>Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in the Home Counties, where homes have proved hard to come by for our couples. One pair have spent eight months living with Mum and Dad while looking for their first property, and the other have spent eight years hunting for their dream family home. Kirstie is with Harvie and Ranjit, who've had one of the longest searches she's ever tried to crack. With a staggering £1.6 million budget, it seems like it should be simple, but it's clear it will be anything but easy when the couple confess to having viewed and rejected nearly 100 properties. Kirstie needs to bring some magic back to this search - and she certainly has some dazzling options, with everything from dream kitchens to heated pools - but it seems that no house will be good enough, until, of course, they find the one that is. Kirstie is soon contemplating one of the show's biggest ever offers in the hope of finally bringing this search to an end. Meanwhile, Phil has a challenge of a different sort. Zosia and David have saved hard for their first home and have been living and working out of a room at Zosia's parents' house while they search. Their hearts are set on the popular town of Hitchin, and Phil thinks that might be part of the reason why their £380k remains unspent. He has to open their eyes to some new spots and, when he does, it's a revelation. The spaces he can show them come with a few surprises - so much so that his delighted couple tell him they can't take any more. But it may all be for nothing if Phil can't do the deal that turns that space into their first home together. <desc>Kirstie and Phil love solving home and renovation conundrums, helping families who are struggling to decide whether to love their humble abodes, or list them for pastures new. But they also enjoy finding out what our couples did next! Phil returns to Cullercoats in North Tyneside to catch up with Mark and Suze, nine months after they were at loggerheads over what to do about their four-bed Victorian town house. When Kirstie and Phil first met them, emotional ties to their home had left them in limbo. Suze couldn't bear to leave, but Mark thought they could take their memories with them to a house with a better layout for their family, a bigger garden and parking. Kirstie's plan far exceeded expectations, while Phil called on some divine intervention on his search with one property that left Suze and Mark speechless. When they finally made their decision, there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Less than a year later, Phil's back to see if Mark and Suze followed through on their decision and if they made the right call. <desc>From car crashes to cardiac arrests, we're on board nine ambulances filming across the West Midlands during an unprecedented time for the NHS. In this episode, a man involved in a car crash needs to be carefully removed from his vehicle to protect his spine. It's also a day when everyday errands go badly wrong. A slip on fallen crab apples in the street leaves a woman in agony with a suspected broken hip. An afternoon spent pottering in the garden ends with a fall headfirst into a brick wall. A bicycle leaves a young man with a swollen kneecap that paramedics suspect is broken. And picking up a prescription from the chemist results in a collapse and a trip to hospital. <desc>From car crashes to cardiac arrests, we're on board nine ambulances filming across the West Midlands during an unprecedented time for the NHS. In this episode, the paramedics help a 15-year-old girl who's trapped in the back of a crashed car. They're concerned that she can't remember what happened and keeps asking if she's been in an accident. A chemical attack at a shopping centre leaves a woman with a burning throat and struggling to breathe. A publican is in agony with crippling chest pains. A woman with a severe lung condition calls for help. And it's never a good idea to stop taking your medication, as a man who has diabetes finds out when he has to go to hospital.
