<desc>Kristen Bell and Kirby Howell-Baptiste star as two women who amassed millions through coupon fraud in this comedy crime caper inspired by real events. Unhappily married Connie (Bell) and Rick (Joel McHale) have amassed huge debt in their attempts to have a child. But there's one thing that gets Connie going: a 'coupon high'. She can slash a shopping bill to virtually nothing using those magic little chits. It's like free money. Hang on, it's like free money... With this revelation in mind, Connie joins forces with her neighbour JoJo (Howell-Baptiste, who's living with her mum after identity fraud left her with a horrendous credit rating. They discover that there's a company in Mexico that produces coupons, and enlist a low-wage employee to print fake ones. It's a victimless crime... or at least the victims are huge conglomerates that'll just write off the scam. But Connie and JoJo didn't figure on pernickety loss prevention officer Ken (Paul Walter Hauser), who's not having it; a crime is a crime after all. And things really spice up when US Postal Service investigator Simon (Vince Vaughn) joins the hunt. Simon doesn't carry the mail, he carries a gun. But can they track down the cunning pair? Well, they could start with JoJo's YouTube vlog. Doh! Written and directed by Aron Gaudet and Gita Pullapilly.

    <title lang="en">Patrick</title>
<desc>Feel-good British family comedy directed by Mandie Fletcher. Sarah Francis's (Beattie Edmondson) life is a bit chaotic. She's recently single, with a new job as an English teacher, living in a new apartment that doesn't allow pets. This last point soon becomes a problem, because life changes dramatically for Sarah when she reluctantly inherits a naughty, lively pug named Patrick from her grandma. She struggles with where to leave Patrick, given that he can't stay at home and he shouldn't really go to school with her. Things become even trickier when pugnacious Patrick starts to act up and her Year 11 students follow his example. On top of all of this, there's the small matter of Sarah's empty love life to deal with. As it turns out, though, her furry friend might be able to help with that. Through Patrick, Sarah meets handsome vet Oliver (Ed Skrein), who seems like the perfect match. But then the cute, charming Ben (Tom Bennett) stumbles into her life too. What to do? Can Patrick offer her the soft side she needs to succeed in her love life, and help her choose the right guy while he's at it? Also starring Jennifer Saunders, Peter Davison and Bernard Cribbins. <desc>Randolph Scott stars in Budd Boetticher's western. Ageing widower Ben Brigade (Scott) is a bounty hunter whose latest target is ostensibly the young gunslinger Billy John (James Best). But once he's captured his quarry, Brigade takes an eternity to escort him to Santa Fe, where a cash reward awaits him, and a noose awaits Billy John. Brigade's slow pace is intentional: he aims to lure into the open Billy John's equally no-good older brother Frank (Lee Van Cleef), with whom Brigade has long-standing unfinished business. En route, Brigade is joined by a woman (Karen Steele) he rescues from an attack by Native Americans, and a couple of outlaws (Pernell Roberts and James Coburn; the latter in his feature debut), who offer their help. But their presence upsets the dynamic, and the resultant shifting loyalties and motives make the venture's outcome far from certain.

    <title lang="en">Harvey</title>
<desc>Classic comedy starring James Stewart and Josephine Hull (in an Oscar-winning supporting role). Elwood P Dowd (Stewart) is a friendly middle-aged eccentric who spends much of his time drinking at the local bar, where he often introduces his friend Harvey to newcomers. This wouldn't be unusual, except for the fact that, according to Dowd, Harvey is an invisible six-foot rabbit. And while the existence of Dowd's best friend rarely raises an eyebrow among the bar's clientele, his social-climbing sister Veta Louise Simmons (Hull) is mortified by Dowd's behaviour. Deciding that enough is, finally, enough, she resolves to get Elwood committed to a sanatorium. But things don't play out as she expects. Directed by Henry Koster.

To do so, she has to set herself up as a thief eager to learn from the master, which she does, passing a series of tests. <title lang="en">The G</title>
<desc>Writer Karl R Hearne directs Dale Dickey in this gritty crime thriller inspired by stories of exploitation of senior citizens by organised criminals in the US. Ann Hunter (Dickey) - affectionately known as The G for Granny by her granddaughter Emma (Romane Denis) - is old and extremely cantankerous. She's not well-liked. And her husband Chip (Greg Ellwand) is old and not very well. This makes them a prime target for crooked 'guardian' Rivera (Bruce Ramsay), who - with the help of a dodgy doctor - declares G and Chip incapable of managing their affairs. Before the couple know it, their house is sold and they're left destitute in a care home that's really just a prison for the elderly, and they can't do a damn thing about it... or can they? It turns out The G has a history and may have experience with violence, guns and trash talk. The moral of the story? Be very careful who you mess with.

<desc>Christopher Nolan's audacious Oscar-nominated thriller stars Guy Pearce as Leonard Shelby, who's hunting for his wife's killer. But the same attack that killed his wife also destroyed Leonard's short-term memory. Now, everything he learns and everybody he meets must be noted down and photographed while he can still remember. And really important stuff gets tattooed on his body. Leonard must then piece everything together anew, as soon as his mind loses the thread of it. Consequently, the tale is told in ten-minute flashes and narrated 'backwards', with each scene giving just enough information for the audience to follow this tricksy, original movie.
