Director Natalie Morales' buddy comedy stars Kuhoo Verma and Victoria Moroles as two high school friends who go on a quest for the morning-after pill following an awkward sexual encounter at a party. Sunny (Verma) is a bright, academic Indian-American 17-year-old whose mother (Jolly Abraham) has high expectations of her. Lupe (Moroles) couldn't be less like Sunny with her casual attitude to education - and life - and her rebellious clothing choices designed to wind her pastor father (Jacob Vargas) up to the max. But they're both outsiders in the brutal world of the American high school. Even so, they're horny enough to throw a party for their whole class, just to get close to the boys they fancy. Sunny has the hots for jock-hunk Hunter (Michael Provost). But when her plan to seduce him doesn't come off, she ends up with Bible-and-magic-enthusiast Kyle (Mason Cook).
