<desc>Ever since Rosa was a child in the Wye Valley, inspired by her grandad Leo, she dreamt of turning a family-owned, century-old, decommissioned steam railway reservoir into a home. Over two decades later, Rosa and her partner Craig finally set out to turn this dream into reality. Their radical plan is to reinvent the reservoir as a unique living space. Huge holes are to be punched through the reservoir's flank wall to allow light to flood in. Above the kitchen in this cavernous space will be a dramatic mezzanine with glorious views across the valley. A new subterranean concrete extension will contain four bedrooms and help enclose a hidden courtyard garden at the heart of the house. It's wildly ambitious, but Rosa and Craig hope that enthusiasm and emotional attachment to this special place will compensate for their inexperience and optimistic budget. But builders' quotes come in way above the £700,000 that Rosa and Craig can just about afford, mainly through borrowing, jeopardising the entire project from the get-go. After months of agonising, some heartbreaking news compels them to persevere with the project no matter what. And that 'no matter what' turns out to be: a pandemic, numerous money crises, pregnancy and a schedule that balloons from twelve months to over three years. Will it all be worth it for Rosa to live in her beloved reservoir? Dir: Edward Sunderland; Exec Prods: John Lonsdale, John Comerford; Prod Co: FremantleMedia Ltd

<desc>If Michelle Yeoh features in a film you just know there's going to be some ass kicking and writer-directors Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert's multi-Oscar-winning, multiverse-skipping darkly-comic martial arts action flick is no exception. It's just a surprise to see Jamie Lee Curtis kicking ass too. Evelyn Wang (Yeoh) is unhappy with her life as a laundromat owner with tax issues. Her husband Waymond (Ke Huy Quan) is dull. Her relationship with her daughter Joy (Stephanie Hsu) is tense. She's about to be audited by officious IRS agent Deirdre Beaubeirdre (Jamie Lee Curtis). She needs to cook a tip-top New Year's meal for her visiting father Gong Gong (James Hong) - who always expects the best. And Joy wants to bring her girlfriend Becky (Tallie Medel) to the meal - which Evelyn can't see going down well. Evelyn's overwhelmed and tempted to question what the point of it all is. Then she's visited by a Waymond from another reality, who tells her that the very existence of the multiverse is under threat. Now Evelyn must journey across universes, absorbing the skills of all the other Evelyns she meets to defeat Jobu Tupaki - a malevolent force which mobilises the tax office security guards and Deidre and also looks very much like Evelyn's daughter Joy.
