    <title lang="en">The Kid Who Would Be King</title>
<desc>Family-friendly fantasy adventure from writer-director Joe Cornish. Alex (Louis Ashbourne Serkis), a 12-year-old boy at school in suburban London, finds himself on the wrong end of a pair of older bullies when he stands up for his best pal Bedders (Dean Chaumoo). When they chase him home one night after school, Alex takes shelter in a nearby building site. There, he finds a mysterious-looking sword stuck in some stone and manages to free it from its concrete prison. Sound familiar? It should, because he and Bedders soon discover that the sword in question is indeed King Arthur's Excalibur. They have great fun playing at being knights, until a strange new kid arrives at school and reveals that he's a de-aged Merlin (Angus Imrie). The legendary wizard informs the boys that by freeing Excalibur, they've awakened sinister sorceress Morgana (Rebecca Ferguson) who, in true evil witch fashion, is dead set on enslaving everyone in Britain for her own nefarious shenanigans. It seems the future of the country is in the hands of these very unlikely noblemen. Also starring Patrick Stewart as adult Merlin.

    <sub-title lang="en">America's Drug War: Puerto Rico</sub-title>
<desc>The critically acclaimed foreign affairs series that looks beyond the typical news agenda.

Puerto Rico is a critical front line in America's war on drugs. Reporter Guillermo Galdos investigates how the island has become both a gateway for narcotics entering the United States and a victim of a devastating fentanyl epidemic. As the US pours billions into military operations across the Caribbean - to seize the former President of Venezuela, and intercept drug shipments - federal agents on the island are stepping up raids against powerful gangs. Galdos joins the Drug Enforcement Agency and police on high-risk operations in San Juan, where major arrests and drug seizures reveal the scale of the trade. But despite these efforts, vast quantities of drugs still slip through, and a lot of narcotics stay behind. On the streets, people are also battling addiction to fentanyl, a drug far more potent and dangerous than heroin. Galdos meets young addicts like Eliot, trapped in cycles of dependency, and Tamara, who briefly seeks help but struggles to escape the grip of addiction. Dealers admit fentanyl is flooding the market, often mixed into other drugs with deadly consequences. President Trump's war on drugs could be having unintended consequences. Dir: Helene Cacace; Series Prod: Andy Lee; Exec Prod: Ed Fraser; Prod Co: Channel 4 News

Jamie Oliver inspires us to get outside, get cooking and get those flavours and textures that the kitchen just can't match, as he shares lots of recipes and a huge variety of ways to cook on the barbecue. From rubs and marinades, and steaks and skewers, to slow and low searing and sizzling, Jamie shares his tips and tricks on how to handle the heat and perfect our grill skills.

To kick it all off, Jamie gives us a steak like we've never had before... juicy sirloin cooked three ways; whether we like it rare, medium or somewhere in between, his perfect steak and chargrilled salad is packed with smoky flavours and textures that only a barbecue can deliver. Then Jamie shows us how, with just a few simple tricks, roasting chicken on the barbecue can be completely stress-free as he cooks up a chicken Caesar salad, one of his son Buddy's favourite dishes, giving it a serious upgrade on the bars with gorgeous charred veg and bacon, all kissed with beautiful woodsmoke. Proving that barbecuing isn't just for big grills and gardens, and that even with limited space you can do amazing things any day of the week, Jamie turns classic Italian-inspired lamb chops into sizzling lamb lollipops. Dipped in whipped feta and finished with a crunchy, nutty crust, they're quick, simple and delicious! And Jamie knows that grilling a whole fish can seem daunting, but with a few little hacks he shows us how to remove the stress and get great results every time, layering up flavours from dry charring to pan frying and even steaming, all on the bars. <sub-title lang="en">Callahan's: Part One</sub-title>
<desc>Culinary titan Gordon Ramsay infiltrates struggling restaurants under the cover of night, with the help of a secret insider. Using high-tech surveillance, Gordon gathers raw, unfiltered evidence and gains a 360-degree view of the major issues that need to be tackled at each restaurant - before they see him coming.

In this first episode of a two-part mission, Gordon gains intel on a community staple, Callahan's Seafood Bar and Grill, which has been sinking fast since the owner died and left the restaurant to his three daughters. Callahan's used to be the centre of their family bond, but eldest daughter Anika's substandard leadership and the kitchen staff's lack of respect have left the restaurant - and the sisters' relationship - in turmoil. Phase one of Gordon's assignment: compel the sisters and the staff to take accountability.

Short:
In the first half of one of Gordon's most explosive missions yet, three sisters are in utter turmoil as they attempt to run their family's seafood restaurant after the death of their father.
