<title lang="en">Matt Baker: Our Farm in the Dales</title>
<desc>Matt Baker and his family come to the rescue of his parents' organic sheep farm in the Durham hills. We follow three generations of the Baker family - Matt and his wife Nicola, their kids Molly and Luke and Matt's parents Mike and Janice - as they continue to make the vital changes needed to secure the future of the family farm following Janice's accident. The Baker family sheep are well suited to bad weather but still require regular attention, so Matt takes it upon himself to create the ultimate covered feeding station from the old polytunnel. The aim is to make it the perfect place from where Janice can safely check and feed her flocks, whatever the weather. Elsewhere on the farm, the young Indian Runner ducklings are growing fast, so Janice moves them into an outside pen, and the whole family also get to work transforming old bits and pieces into an adventure playground for their pygmy goat herd, complete with dog kennel climbing frame and a bunk bed lookout! Around the farmhouse, Nicola and Molly have come up with a plan to plant a lavender haven for bees, butterflies and insects that links the farmland to the gardens - and are inspired to bake some lavender shortbread. <title lang="en">Help! I Bought It at Auction With Sarah Beeny</title>
<desc>Sarah Beeny follows the brave buyers with big ambitions who are taking on homes bought at auction, and offers advice to help them streamline their plans and maximise their creative ambition.

In a picturesque village in the South Downs National Park, Michelle and Derek have fallen for a cosy cottage in desperate need of attention. Its condition meant a mortgage was off the table - a common risk with auction properties - so with their money stretched and hoping to move in quickly, they take on most of the work themselves. It's a daunting labour of love, and Sarah helps them to make the most of the layout. Meanwhile, in Somerset, young couple Archie and Lauren want to add value to their fixer-upper. Archie's grand plan for a large outdoor kitchen could transform the property, but will it increase the value more than it costs to build? Plus, Sarah checks whether the sums add up for first-time auction buyers who are gambling on a flat that they hope to renovate for profit. And at a Devon auction house, a dream holiday home is up for grabs, as more secrets of the trade are revealed. <title lang="en">Grand Designs</title>
<desc>Kevin McCloud follows Britain's most ambitious self-building projects, as intrepid individuals attempt to design and construct the home of their dreams. Ordering a factory-built house was a no-brainer for Pete, given his background in manufacturing and supply chain strategy. For Pete - who values quality products that are supplied on time and on budget - the idea of skipping all the time-consuming, tortuous and messy processes of normal building, and having a near-finished house delivered straight to his plot instead, was irresistible. His wife Aey, a ceramicist, agreed, so long as their new home could be beautiful and spacious enough for their two kids, Alice and Joe. So they contracted an architectural practice who specialise in ambitious eco-modular home production and selected one of their factories in Wales to assemble their super sustainable structures using local Douglas fir trees. Surely nothing could go wrong, right? Wrong! Two big hurdles await in the form of bats and the challenge of transporting five gigantic modules from Wales to their rural West Sussex plot, down tiny lanes. Waiting for their furry inhabitants' hibernation season to end before they could demolish their building, get on with groundworks and gain vital ecology permission wasn't on their bingo card. But with the factory already going full-steam ahead like a bat out of hell, will they get the bat licence before delivery?
